Two Paddington Village developments win property awards

Both The Spine and HEMISPHERE were recognised as outstanding projects in the recent Liverpool City Region Property Awards 2022.
World-class projects and landmark deals have been recognised at the Liverpool City Region Property Awards 2022 alongside the firms who made them happen.
Held on 16th June at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, the event was compered by comedian Hal Cruttenden and featured the Future Ambition award which was voted for by the region’s property community.
Taking home this title was the Sciontec team behind HEMISPHERE, a new 8-storey standout office development which will provide 120,000sqft of flexible Grade A office space, an array of collaboration spaces, a wellness studio, café, and extensive new areas of high-quality public realm.
Designed to be Liverpool’s first operational net zero carbon building, the project came out on top in a public vote.
It was the highlight of a fantastic evening, which saw around 300 attendees from across the Liverpool city region come together to celebrate the very best deals, developments and the people making them happen.
Also recognised at the Awards Ceremony was The Spine in Paddington Village, which won Workplace Fit-out of the Year, much to the delight of project partners RCP, Liverpool City Council, Sciontec, Overbury, CBRE and AHR.
Judges said The Spine is setting the benchmark for what is expected from modern workplaces.
Sciontec was also shortlisted for Developer of the Year and Property Deal of the Year, for its recent letting to the Centre for Process Innovation at Liverpool Science Park.
